  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization via Paymennt gateway.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment Security

  • All payments are processed securely through Paymennt gateway.
  • Equinox Hi-Fi Trading LLC does not store or have access to your full card details.

5. Warranty

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Equinox Hi-Fi Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness due to the high-value and specialized nature of our products.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Opened software, licenses, or digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • In case of shipping damage, all our shipments will be insured, an immediate report from receivable shall be applied to shipping company on spot.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Any defective or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
